How SPE uses your data
SPE uses submitted documents and information in its workspace memory to provide procurement analysis, comparisons, recommendations, security and audit records. Content may include confidential business information or personal data. Upload only content you are authorized to use and remove unnecessary or prohibited data.
No digital service can eliminate every security risk or inaccurate AI output. AI recommendations are decision support and require authorized human review. Your acknowledgement does not waive statutory rights or release the system operator from obligations that cannot legally be excluded.

SPE applies administrative and technical safeguards, but residual risks of unauthorized access, disclosure, loss and inaccurate output remain.
